How I can bring it back, everytime some programs switch the resolution
above 800 X 600, I was getting a scrolling desktop.

For some reason is gone.

There is some problem then as the desktop is set as a non scrolling window. Some program must have ben messing with the window attributes.

Thanks, I tough I read someplace that Windows could do this.....

Or maybe they were talking about something else, was on a search.

I had never seen a scrolling desktop on windows ( that is that windows could
do it or part of it )
But after the search with goggle, I found notes on that, pointing or looks
like was part of windows.

This started when I installed the new Roxio Easy Media Creator 7.5

Which suprise me, because I had installed other programs that switch the
resolution and
I never had a scrolling desktop, I knew, had to be Roxio, but I after
reading those post
founded on the goglgle search, then I was not sure.

Orlando,

As David said, the "scroll" functionality is not a native function in
Windows XP. Either a third-party program, or a software that accompanied
with your graphics card adds that feature.
