I see 512mb stick of memory on TigerDirect for 39.99! they are PC 3200 400mhz Ultra Memory. They are CAS3... My current memory is 2*512's of 3200 400mhz CAS2.5 Corsair... Will they work together? (the two corsairs will be dual channel with eachother and same for the Ultra) or will i get some errors?

They might work with all you modules at Cas3. Then again, they might not work with that many modules being accessed by your memory controller.

You can normally mix modules of different latency together, but by doing so your computer will run them all at the slowest latency. Meaning those CL2.5 modules you have will run at CL3. btw What mobo are you using?

To avoid problems, it's best to run memory in even numbered pairs.

I've seen problems on systems when a third module is added. Normally, it should work.
