PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COMP DOESNT BOOT UP

. i was using my computer and then suddenly my computer shut down O_O. I tried turning it back on but all there was, was a blinking power button. please help. i tried everything; changing the power supply, removing ram, starting it up with nothing but the motherboard, changing the little battery. nothing worked! please help

Oh, here is my computers info.

Dell Dimension C521
Vista Basic
1gb of ram
I forgot how much about the hdd

If you have two sticks of ram try removing one and see if you can boot. If not replace that stick and remove the second. Try again.

If you can get into the BIOS (press Del key as computer tries to start) see if the hard drive is being recognised.

can u feel the hd spinning or the cdrom when you turn on the computer if so try to hook up and external monitor to see if your screen is bad. But more then likely your out of luck. Since you have tried the Ram trick and still the same problem, and u tried another power adapter and battery, you may be looking at MB failure.

Do you hear the normal beep when it starts up? If not, you're not POSTing.

When you tried a different PSU, did you use a good one? what kind?
