I've been trying to schedule disk defrag for my computer but it doesn't seem
to work. I can get it scheduled to open, but it does not run. I have
followed the instructions from here
http://support.microsoft.com/defau [...] -us;555098 it says my
run command should be C:\WINDOWS\system32\defrag.exe C: but mine says
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dfrg.msc C: I can't find defrag.exe only dfrg.msc does
this make a difference?

Yes, it must be defrag.exe in order for this to work. Defrag.msc is
just the window view that allows you to manually analyze a drive or
start a defrag. Open the properties of your task and change the Run
entry to point to defrag.exe rather than dfrg.msc.
