hey guys, tomshardware fan here.

i have a dell dimension 8200 and its onboard sound.. i need to upgrade my sound so i was wondering if i can upgrade this to an creative soundblaster x-fi xtreme gamer

which is this card

can my dell dimension 8200 handle this? my pc is 256mb...180gb hardrive, i do have a 320gb hardrive though..gforce 4 mx video card.. 2.8ghz
