25-28mm heads with Bearskins

I am wondering if anybody knows of a manufacturer who does heads in the
25-28mm range, I particularly want heads with bearskins, or any other 19th
Century Britsih headdress (especially later 19th Century).

You could try Redoubt;

they do some separate heads for their ACW range. Not exactly what you want,
but you may be able to convert them.
