Zen Vision: M - Screen is messed up!

So I've had my Zen vision M since two christmases ago and suddenly today I turn it on and the screen is all messed up! I always carry it in my bag and school and I'm careful not to set my bag down so stuff falls on it, and I never carry heavy things anyway. What happens when I turn it on is these little whitish bars start moving up the screen from the bottle, stop halfway, and then when my mp3 player turns all the way on they move all the way up, moving up and down just a little bit occasionally. What's weird is I was listening to it and the screen was fine around 9:30 that morning, then when I took it out of my bag at 2:30 that afternoon it was messed up and I'm sure nothing strange could've happened to it! Does anyone know what happened to it and what I can do to fix it, if there is anything? I really love this mp3 player and would hate to have to get a new one... I'd rather send it in to be fixed.

Speaking of, if my only option is to send it in to be fixed could someone prove me with a link to some information about that?
