i have problem with my memory stick.while I am opening the memory stick it showse a message is "the memory stick is not formated. Do you want to formate like this". can i solve the problem??

If you have files on the stick, you have a big problem. You might try using Windows' disk utilities -- right click on the stick when it appears as a drive in Windows and follow the options to disk check.

If you have no files on the stick follow the options to format (go for FAT or FAT32, not NTFS when formatting).
