Hey All!

I recently purchased a Hanns-G 22" WS LCD flatpanel monitor. Having only had it a few days I am very pleased with the picture, and consider it a great buy.

My problem is taking advantage of the very best picture I can get. The Hanns-G has VGA, DVI & Component input connectors (currently, I am only using the VGA connectors). Within the monitors menu it has a selection for VGA, DIGITAL or COMPONENT selections. I have a Gecube Radeon 3870x2 PCI-e graphic card installed; which has s-video, and 1 DVI & 1 DVI/HDMI output connectors. The Hanns-G came with several cables - one of the cables is a DVI to DVI connector.

When I connected this cable directly to the DVI input of the monitor and the DVI output of the graphics card, I received no picture? I think I may have to switch the signal input via the OSD menu in the monitor? Unfortunately, this menu is unaccessible without an input signal (or at least appears to be).

I am sure my problem is due to user error (or ignorance), can anyone give me suggestions or advice on what it is I am doing wrong. Obviously, if a better picture awaits, I want to get it. Thanks in advance for any help.
