Hi all, i would really appreciate some help here.. Im not very technical but i have a headset with mic and the earphones are working fine, cant get the mic to pick up though, and when i go into sounds it says its enabled and working, and it doesnt seem to be on mute anywhere, I tried to install a driver from dell but i dont even know where it went? can anyone help me please?

What kind of headset is this? Are both the audio and microphone jack properly plugged in. It's possible the microphone is non-functional. Have you tried it on other computers?
