I for one could not live without a computer or internet access. Well my body could survive but my mind would slowly die a horrible death. I just can't imagine life without having any posible piece of information at your fingertips. I've never spent a considerable period of time away from a computer and did have a computer since I was 6 (intel 386) so that might be a factor. Honestly it is hard for me to imagine what the mindset of someone who has no need for a computer....................................... you have grown up with a PC all your life.
Consider the perspective of someone who grew up with no PC for all their life. Its something new and chances are good they dont understand it anyway. so why buy something new that you dont understand anyway?

I could live w/o a computer, but i cant say I would like it.

I don't understand why some people insist on putting services online (e.g. dog showing - where they are all people who don't know how to use a computer!)

The number of non-internet users will slowly decrease as old people die. Eventually it will reach 95+%.
