GH: WT Mic not working on pc

So I recently bought GH: World Tour, and I figured that I would be able to use the mic for podcasting. But alas it would seem not. When I plug it into my PC windows recognizes it as a logitech usb mic, then makes it a USB Audio Device. When I try to record something in an audio program I get either just one buzzing tone or a incredibly digitized version of my speech (I will post the audio if I can). I suspect a driver issue because it works fine on my brothers iMac and in the game, but since I can't find any drivers I thought I'd ask.
Edit: Just tried it on my brothers iMac booted into windows and it works fine, this is odd.
