I wonder what my memory's timings are set to but don't know how to figure it out.
How do I find the timings?
Is it possible to change timings on all memories (no matter who the manufacturer is)?
How do I change the timings?
What should I think of, if I decide to change these settings?

If you bought your rig from a big name vendor like Dell, Gateway, IBM, HP, eMachine, etc...
Then odds are most likely not good for tweaking performance...

If you bought a mobo from the manufacturer, most like yes...
You change timing in yuor BIOS...

And the sign says "You got to have a membership card to get inside" Huh
So I got me a pen and paper And I made up my own little sign</pre><p></font color=red>

Only with certain motherboards can you force the memory latency as Rich mentioned above.

The only other way would be to reprogram the memory itself. But you would need a specific type of hardware that is used for read/write of the SPD memory module chip.
