bust buy

Thanks for the help all... the pc i am working on is one of the famous ones from best buy. :frown: 1 of those that they sold as new but really was a return;packaged as new. my sis brought it and when it went haywire she took it in and they told her some awful story about the ram not being right or some thing like that & it could not be updated. i tried to warn her about buying at a place like that :tongue: but to no avail.

Best Buy is a horrible place to buy parts.
Fry's is much better, but still not great.
