Digital Picture frame

Hi, I am looking for a Christmas gift, and I decided to get a digital picture frame for my dad.

I really like it to be

good picture quality

wireless

play video/audio

be able to get pictures from an rss feed preferably

and I need to be able to manage it myself, since he is computer illiterate.

I have been researching frantically but I haven't been able to find any reliable reviews since most are really really outdated. If anyone has any suggestions or point me in the right direction, like a website, would be very much appreciated. Oh and my budget is around $150.
