Hello,

Am in the process of completing a new kick ass gaming rig. I have not chosen an essential element yet though, the screen.

I hear Samsung's 24" is fairly good, but I'd very much appreciate a nudge in the right direction. Cost wise I'm looking at 300-600$ and I'll be playing in 1920*1200.

Cheers,

Synh

Samsung's 245BW is fine for gaming, but it sucks big time for movies or graphics work. If all you need it for is gaming though, then its a good monitor.

Fair enough. But I am also looking for good graphic rendition, I'll be watching loads of movies \ maybe plugging in an old PS3 in time, etc...

The Lenovo L220x is a S-PVA panel, 1920 x 1200 and is $464
