Take the board out of the case and set it on a piece of cardboard next to it.
Unplug everything from the board except the PSU, video card, HD, and 1 stick of RAM. Try each RAM chip in each slot to see if there is a bad slot or RAM chip.
Try booting with just this setup and see what you get.

thanks soooo much for telling me about the ram. i opened the computer up again to do what you said and take out the ram and i saw 1 stick of ram wasnt pushing in all the way.
i pushed it in and started it up and its works! thanx!
