any thoughts? I'm not sure if the Acer P223Wwd Glossy White 22" is worth the extra $

What are you going to use the monitor for mostly? For gaming you want a low refresh rate, typically 2-3ms, and a good contrast ratio. for everyday use (word processing, web browsing, etc.) any one of those 3 Acer models are great, it's a well respected brand, just choose your size preference.
