This has always plagued me. When undocked I like to close the lid of my PC and it enter hibernate mode. When at work I undock for meetings/conferences etc. When I dock it again and close the lid it goes into hibernate and I have to wait, then take it out of hibernate, which is annoying. A workaround obviously is to change power settings to "Do Nothing" after docking and before closing the lid. But then I have to go back and change it back to hibernate when closing the lid. When I make the change in power settings to either "do nothing" or "hibernate" when closing the lid, the settings remain unchanged from that point on until I manually change them again, no matter which hardware profile I am in (docked or undocked).

Any suggestions?

THANKS ALL!!!!
