Buying New 22" or 24" LCD...Need a Deal

So I am looking at buying a new one, but want to keep a budget. I want a 24 or 22 inch at the least. It has to be pretty good quality for gaming, video, and grafx. I would like something that will work with HD, but its not the most critical thing.
