All three have approximately same specs
Iam concerned about the design and easiness of servicing the notebook myself.

The specs are really the only thing that we can help you with. Design is partially subjective, and I don't think anyone here has encountered all three notebooks in their lives, let alone worked on all three.

Servicing notebooks is difficult. It always has been and always will be. That being said, in my experience, no particular brand of notebook presents an easier repair than other brand. It would be impossible to split this experience into designs - they just change too rapidly.
