hey guys,
I built a HTPC a while ago using a Gigabyte Motherboard (12DC1-AMD7SE-120R).
Currently using the On-board HDMI output video & audio to the LCD TV (32" Samsung) via a HDMI cable.
I plugged my 3 years old microphone (3.5mm regular mic with a pink connector), but could not generate any auido sound at all.
My question is do I really need a digital microphone for this PC? Or my old microphone should work as well?
all suggestions are welcome.
