Samsung HCM4216W TV - Red Wave

I have a HCM4216W which red is out of wack in the shape of a wave across the screen. I replaced the convergence board which now allows me to line up the red cross hair with the other colors but the red is out of wack along the top and bottom of the screen. When I run the "Perfect Focus" option, for the first second or so, the red text in the bottom with the status bar appears wavy but then it straightens right out perfectly. However, the Perfect Focus only makes it to about 8%, goes back to 4% a few times and then just drops out. When it drops out, the red goes back to being wavy.
