I am supporting a Sparc 5 running OS 4.1.4. The system was set up and my data displays correctly EXCEPT, the monitor refreshes continually.

Every 30s to 3 or 4 minutes the display goes Black, refreshes and comes up with the a 5" long display bar that says "72kHz/72Hz".

The process continues over and over again. Is there a setup I have not done or some other remedy or may I have a bad Sparc or monitor?
