Acer Aspire 4736z vs Dell Inspiron 14

Which is a better buy. I just got into college and i need a budget laptop with a 14 inch screen. My budget is around 35000K INR or 630 USD

I've zeroed in on the Acer Aspire 4736z and the Dell Inspiron 14

Graphics: Intel GMA X4500HD

OS : Vista Home Premium, 1.3 mpx Webcam etc

Both have almost similar specs except that the Acer has some Dolby optimized speakers which i thought were better sounding than the dell. Also, the acer has multimedia keys. However Dell has better battery life and is the more credible sounding brand. I am confused as to what to choose. Please Help.

I would go for the Dell Inspiron 14
Its design is better than the Acer 4736z
