Have you had an e-mail program installed? Windows 7, unlike Vista and earlier versions of Windows, does not come with an e-mail program installed. If you do have an e-mail program installed, have you tried reinstalling it?

No I thought it was installed at Best Buy. I guess I have to buy the program. Thanks.

You should be able to get one for free. Microsoft has one through Windows Live, and Mozilla offers one, called Thunderbird.
