I7 vs Quad Core Xeon for Avid

Which is better for Avid editing, Quad Core based HP Z400 workststion or i7 based cpu with Asus P6T Deluxe motherboard? Thanks

The main thing you need to look for is a graphics card that can handle this. Ghz are always going to help out but don't expect a Xeon to do much more then the i7 on this.
