I have a hp and can't seem to open any icons, I only have access to the internet, but after I had installed Mcafee security I can't open anything else, no microsoft word, no nothing what can I do? is there something I need to disable or able in order to access my icons?

are you sure what you installed is mcafee? it could've been a fake software that blocked everything because mcfee cant do that, best thing to do now is remove it
and see what happens.
