Hi All:

I have a win XP pro SP2 box and initially I was able to load all the
software but now it seems that whenever I try and load new software the
progress bar hangs somewhere between the 50-100% mark and justr sits
there. XP does not hang, just the install and I have to end up killing
the process in task manager. When I try to reinstall again I get the
perverbial 1500 error - another install is in progress.

I have two drives in my machine - a 40gb primary drive with XP and ,y
apps loaded, and a slave drive with a bunch of data and also a version
of XP (not set to boot).

Could the secondary drive be the issue? I also tried disabling the
firewall (XP and NAV) and NAV RTP but to no avail.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Eric B
