Acad 2004 on widows 7 64 bit

I have windows 7 home 64 bit

Will autocad 2004 work with this os.

I have tried to install acad 2004 but cannot make it run

An 8 year old program? Doubtful. Did you install using compatibility mode? If that doesn't work then install a good VM (VirtualBox, VMWare, etc.), install Windows XP (requires license) in the virtual environment, then install AutoCAD.
