Strange blob in monitor/t.v

On the bottom right corner of my display there is a strange blob. I first noticed it when I had a light in the room turned on and the t.v was on. I booted up my computer and the light in the room exposed a blob. I tapped the lcd gently and noticed the blob moved up and down(jiggled). There are 3 barely noticeable dead pixels. each in corners. I speculate these were made during manufacturing.

I am using a Hanspree ht09 28". it doesn't seem to effect the picture quality. I am just worried if this is a serious problem and could worsen.

Ironically I did some google searches, and other products of producer seem to have the same thing. Even in the laptops.
