Comcast is my cable provider and I have an HDTV but I have not converter box. The only stations I get in HD are NBC,ABC& FOX. To get the other stations do I need to rent a converter box from comcast? Or can I buy one the TV I have is a Samsung 50in.

Thanks

You're better off just getting Comcast's HD box. It's a quality unit, costs aren't bad and the built in DVR functions work great.

Plus Comcast will work on it if anything comes up. If you're using a 3rd party device, they can't touch it.
