Quality Gaming Headset Question

Hey guys,

Recently I've been building a new pc - and I have decided to forgo speakers right now since my old ones suit me fine. I actually favor headsets more, especially since I live with roommates. That being said, I've looked many a place, and I have come to see these two headsets as personal favorites. I'm not saying I'm not interested in anything else however, so feel free to interject any opinions on what you feel is the best gaming headset.

I googled some reviews on this and got some decent feedback

I guess what makes the choice harder is the fact that no gaming headset is really without flaws, or so I hear. Every one is either uncomfortable for long hours, poor microphone quality, poor audio quality for music + games, etc etc. Some are less noticeable, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to get some opinions here - especially since I think many people face this question eventually.
