I just recently bought an external monitor since my laptop monitor died recently. There was some flickering in the background and some suggestions were to update the video card driver. The video card is a Geforce 4200 Go. The drivers were downloaded from Dell's driver page. Installation went ok, however on reboot, my external monitor screen is all garbled with different colored vertical lines. There is no ability to boot into safe mode or even enter the BIOS since the screen is completely garbled. Any suggestions?
