Hello. There are Vista drivers available for download in the Lexmark website. Though the drivers are for Vista, they are compatible for Windows 7. But, first, check if your computer is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by going to Start Menu > right click on Computer> Properties. To download, just click/go to this link: http://bit.ly/cqLdux . Click on the dropdown for Microsoft below the page. Choose Windows Vista if your computer is running on 32-bit operating system. Otherwise, choose Windows Vista x64. Download and install the software. Hope this helps.
