Windows won't start!!

I recently switch my motherboard and proccesor. I have now got a MS-6541 v. 2.1 motherboard and an Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHZ proccesor. I started my system and I started the BIOS. No problems so far. But when I saved my sttings and started to run Windows XP SP3, He got stuck on a black screen with a white cursor blinking in the top left corner... Does anybody now how I can boot my system succesfully? I tried removing the onboard battery, but that didn't help either... Here is some information about my system:

MoBo: MSI MS-6541 Ver. 2.1
Proccesor: Intel Pentium 4 ~2.4 GHZ
RAM: 1024 MB, 400 mhz
Videocard: Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 AGP
Soundcard: Intel Intergrated Audio
Primairy Drives: Western Digital 80 GB (Master), Western Digital 40 GB (Slave)
Secondary Drives: CD-Rom drive, DVD-Rom drive
Floppy: Yes

Since you switched motherboards, you likely need to do a windows repair.

Could you tell me how to do a windows repair, because I had already planned to reinstall windows on my pc.
