DX4831-01E video card upgrade for napolean total war!

looking for a video card for this computer not much of a computer guy so i cant look for it on top of my head i just google things up but found things that ppl bought and alot disliked, i know i need a new PSU but which one? and which video card fits my computer? what info do i need to find one? or can some give me an answer to solve my problem! im into napolean total war and man this graphic card just sucks! omg! i bought this deal from best buy btw........... thanks for reading!
