Hey guys I have a Lexmark X6570 which has a wireless print server attached to it. I was wondering if anyone knew of a method or some alternative drivers for it because I despise the Lexmark utilities that are installed with it, especially how it creates service that run in the background that pop up saying "Printing Started!" I just want to be able to print with it no scanning in or anything. Just wondering it was possible.

You should be able to select the items you do not want to install. The job status window that you mention can be turned off, the easiest way is to notice when the job status window is dispalyed you can change the setting from there or you can go to the printer properties and change it there.

There's no way to install only the print drivers, if that's what you're asking. I have to ask, if you only wanted a printer, why did you buy an all-in-one?
