I'm looking for an LCD monitor about 20-21" and 4:3 for photoediting for the web only. (I don't care about gaming or watching DVDs.)

I've heard good things about two monitores: the 21.3" NEC MultiSync LCD2190UXp ($850) and the 20.1" HP LP2065 ($295).

Considering the enormous price difference, is there any reason to get the NEC and has anyone had experience with either of these two?
I do about 40 hours/week of editing studio pictures in Photoshop for the web.
Any opinions about these two or any other recommendations?
Thanks, Art
