Lap top not turning on

i got a hp g60-535 note about two weeks now.from the begining from taking home from the store it would not power on although you can see that powering is reacing the pc this happens with or without the power adopter plug in.i sppke to someone in customer service who took me through some steps .a day after and its still happening
