looking for a good condition faceplate for a Crown DC300A. The one I have is etched with what appears to be chemical/water damage and I haven't a clue how to clean

PPG makes a great 2 step cleaner, be careful around lettering it will remove black type.
I have used it to clean crown equipment & metal reels.
