I want to get a HDTV for my dorm that's at least 40" big for around $800 and lower, I have a few TVs in mind, I just want to ask a few questions.

1. response time, how important is this? is there a noticeable difference between 8ms and 6ms? I highly doubt that I can notice 2 micro second...

2. refresh rate, is there a noticeable difference between 60 and 120?

3. 1080p vs 720p, I'm pretty sure I want 1080p just to be future proof, the price gap isnt that big anyway.

if you have a suggestion in mind, please tell me, I will probably go for one of Samsung ToC series.
