i get "Erro connecting to server" message when i launch my camera i can see my image but they can't see me.
it's in-built HP pls help.

What software are you using fro chatting? Have you tried reinstalling the software? Is there any red or yellow alert in your device manager? Feel free to visit DigitalSupportTech for getting help.
