Is it possible to connect and use two computers to a single monitor?

Yes, you'll need one of those switch boxes (similar to the ones used for two
printers and 1 printer port) you plug each monitor in, and switch between
monitors as required. Just ask at your computer store for specifics. You can
get ones now that will cater for your keyboard, mouse and monitor to use
between two computers. It's all good these days.

Yes. Do a Google search for a KVM (Keyboard-Video-Mouse) Switch.

I have that set up with a KVM switch. You can switch back and forth between
computers using your keyboard or a button on the switch. It cost me about 39
EUR.

Get a KVM. I got mine from Tiger Direct

although I would guess that any computer accessory supplier would have them.
I have been using the Trendware one, but I don't see why any of the others
wouldn't work.
