Help! Windows 7 boot problem

Hi guys,

So I need a bit of help. I have windows 7 64bit ultimate. I had a windows update last night as per normal. However when I tried to boot up my computer today it wouldn't work. Startup Repair can't repair the problem. The problem sinature I get is:

I don't really know how to fix this... and when I try to boot from windows 7 disc it goes to a blank screen (and by blank I mean the windows 7 background and nothing else)

Can anyone that actually knows what they're doing help me out?
