Good day!

Tell me about the reliability of the HDMI ports on my laptop (Sony Vaio) or LCD TV (Sony)?

It is not harmful to them if I insert and take off cable several times a day?

What is the resource (number of insert-take off) of this port?

I think it would mostly depend on the force that you inserted and removed it with.
