I would like a monitor that is wireless, so that I can move the monitor, mouse and keyboard anywhere in the house and have complete access to my pc

is this possible?

Maybe, but it won't work very well. The best I can think of is there are a few monitors with usb connectors instead of vga/dvi/hdmi. These are intended for use as secondary monitors and are really slow.

Then maybe you could find wireless usb. It might work technically, but you'd be far better off just buying a small computer or laptop.

I guess what I'm saying is it might work in an interesting/curiosity sort of way but it's not going to work in a useable/non-crashing sort of way.

Also it'll probably give you cancer.

In a short word, no.

It's not practical anyway, given the bandwith required for a decent 1280x1024 32bit setup or better.

Wireless range has its limits(esp in the overcrowded 2.4ghz spectrum) , and latency.
