Copy and paste not working

2 days ago I noticed that my copy and paste functions stopped working! I am using win 7 .
I have tried using the keyboard shortcuts crtl+c and crtl+v, right click copy and paste which doesn't work.text copy and paste is working .i cant copy word document or any other files.if anybody know please tell me the answer.

Open a new user account and see if you can copy and paste.
