Monitor quality question

I’m looking at getting a new monitor and I found one I liked but it only has a 1 year warranty.

It’s a ViewSonic 19" Flat-Screen CRT Monitor Model: A91f+.

Does anyone have any good or bad experience with this brand or model?

My current one is a KDS vs9e which is about 6 to 7 years old. It’s the only remaining part of my first PC so it has some sentimental value. Every now and then a ghost image of the start menu scrolls by but, you have to look very closely to see it.
