Hi All,

My PC does not work. I did not use it for 3 weeks, and today I turned it on and the screen is black. The light on the PC and on the monitor is on, however I cannot hear the fan, neither the HD sound.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

Rob

No, nothing at all. Just the lights are on, but the screeen is black, and the tower is silent.

Your PSU likely died.

Is it custom built? How long have you had it?

No, it's an i-design, I bought it 5 years ago. It worked fine, until I changed its place 3 weeks ago. Now when I try to turn it on, it won't work.

Double check the cables inside. You may have jarred something loose when moving it.

My bet is that it's the PSU though.
